Code Error Contents and Cause
(SD0)
The PLC parameter settings for timer
time limit setting, the RUN-PAUSE
3000 contact and number of vacant slots is
outside the range that can be used by
the CPU module.
3001 The parameter settings are corrupted.
The number of devices set at the PLC
3003 parameter device settings exceeds the
possible CPU module range.
The parameter file is incorrect.
3004 Alternatively, the contents of the file are
not parameters.
The system power is not restarted or
the CPU module is not reset after
writing the parameter to the CPU
module.When the remote I/O station
3008
returns while the system power is
restarted or the CPU module is reset
after writing the PLC parameter into
CPU module, this error occurs.
Corrective Action
Read the detailed information of the
error using the GX Developer, check the
parameter items corresponding to those
numerical values (parameter numbers),
and correct when necessary.

version is .QPA, and check the file
