INSTRUCTION BULLETIN
NOTE: DO NOT DISCARD the Parts List from the Instruction Bulletin. Place the Parts
List in the appropriate place in your machine manual for future reference.
Retaining the Parts List will make it easier to reorder individual parts and will
save you the cost of ordering an entire kit.
NOTE: Numbers in parenthesis ( ) are reference numbers for parts listed in Bill of Materials.

Installation instructions for kit number 391193

SYNOPSIS / PROBLEM:

This kit contains the parts needed to install/replace the storage bag on the model 7100
scrubber.
Please follow step-by-step instructions.
SPECIAL TOOLS / CONSIDERATIONS: Hand drill, 21/64 [8.33 mm] drill bit, 2 in. hole saw
(Estimated time to complete: 1 hour)

PREPARATION:

(Refer to FIG. 1 and 2)
FOR SAFETY: Before leaving or servicing machine, stop on level surface and set parking
brake. Then turn off machine and remove key.

INSTALLATION:

(Refer to FIG. 1 and 2)
1. Locate and mark the two mounting hole locations, using the rework drawing in figure 1.

2. Drill two 21/64 [8.33 mm] holes all the way through the marked hole locations.
(Refer to FIG. 1)
3. Using the two new holes as centerpoints, drill two 2 in. holes from the inside of the machine
through the first wall layer. Do not run the hole saw all the way through the machine wall.
The 2 in. hole through the inside wall of the machine will only be used to secure the
mounting hardware.
4. Mount the bag (1) to the rear of the machine with the mounting bag strip (1), hex screws
(3), washers (5) and lock nuts (4).
5. Tighten the bag mounting hardware to 7.6 -- 9.9 Nm (5.4 -- 7 ft lb).
