Pulse Arb (Option E36150ADVU)

Step 1– Select Arb waveform
Press Arb to access the Arb selection menu. Then select Pulse.
Press Back to return to Arb main menu.
Step 2 – Configure the Pulse Arbs
Press Properties. Then program the following parameters:
Configure the Pulse Arb accordingly. Refer to the below table for details.
Parameter Available Key Settings
Arb Type Voltage or Current
Start Setting (I0 or minimum to maximum
V0)
Pulse Setting (I1 minimum to maximum
or V1)
Delay (t0) 0 – 3600 s
Pulse Width (t1) 0 – 3600 s
End time (t2) 0 – 3600 s

Sets the output Arb type.
Default is Voltage.
Action required:
Press Arb Type to toggle between Volt and Curr.
Volt Selects voltage as output Arb type.
Curr Selects current as output Arb type.
Sets the setting before and after the pulse.
Sets the amplitude of the pulse.
Sets the delay time after the trigger is received but before the pulse starts.
Sets the width of the pulse.
Sets the time the output remains at the end setting after the pulse completes.
