(a) Occupied bypass is initiated by either a communicated request (nviOccManCmd = bypass) or a local input (zone sensor timed override ON button).
(b) Whenever an update of nviOccManCmd is received indicating Bypass, the bypass timer is set to the nviBypassTime and the countdown starts.
(c) If nviOccManCmd and nviOccSensor are not valid, nviOccSchedule is occupied, the bypass timer is zero, and the binary input is occupancy. Then, the
occupancy binary input can switch the control between occupied and occupied standby.
