Before you install this kit
instructions, warnings, cautions, and notes contained in
this installation instruction guide. Consult your vehicle
owner's manual for proper disconnection of electrical and
lifting of vehicle if required for installation of this product.
This install may require some technical skills and knowledge
of basic mechanical work. If you do not feel that you are
capable of performing this install please take this product
to a trained professional.

Proper installation of this kit requires knowledge of the factory
recommended procedures for removal and installation of original
equipment components. We recommend that the factory shop
manual and any special tools needed to service your vehicle be on
hand during the installation. Installation of this kit without proper
knowledge of the factory recommended procedures may affect the
performance of these components and the safety of the vehicle.
• Always wear eye protection when operating power tools. •
Inspect all contents of this package to make sure product is not damaged
and all installation hardware has been included. If parts are missing
from kit, please be prepared to provide the following information:

- Page 2 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP : In the box you will find...bottom rail bed mount, brackets, main tire vertical mount, bed/vertical brace, tire mounting hardware, and all mounting nuts and bolts. STEP STEP : Using the T55 head socket take out the 2 bed bolts shown here. Note: This universal in-bed tire mount can be mounted on either side of the bed.
- Page 3 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP : Next, grab the 19mm bolts, washers, and nuts to install the vertical tire mount. Hand tighten these as well. Again they will need to be adjusted before tightening. Note: Depending on tire size or STEP mounting position... you can install the vertical mount anywhere along this main bottom rail.
- Page 4 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP : Hand tighten the 13mm side bed rail nuts for the vertical brace. STEP STEP : Now slide through the 19mm bolts and hand tighten the 19mm nuts. STEP STEP : Next if the carrier is in its desired place...start at the side bed rail and tighten the 13mm hardware.
- Page 5 INSTALLATION MANUAL STEP : Next using the same 19mm socket and wrench, tighten the bottom of the vertical carrier to the bottom main rail. STEP STEP : Now move to the bottom main rail brackets and using the 16mm socket tighten all the hardware front and back.
