Electrical connection
S Use only shielded, low-capacitance measurement cables (HBM cables fulfill
both conditions).
S Do not route measurement cables parallel to power cables, particularly
power lines or control circuits. If this is unavoidable, protect the
measurement cables with steel conduits, for example.
S Avoid stray fields from transformers, motors and contact switches.
