CHANGING A BULB

WARNINGS
Switch the lamps and the ignition off.
Failure to follow this warning could
result in serious personal injury.
Make sure the bulbs have cooled
down before removing them. Failure
to follow this warning could result in
serious personal injury.
Note: Only fit bulbs of the correct
specification. See Bulb Specification
Chart (page 165).
Note: The following instructions describe
how to remove the bulbs. Fit replacements
in the reverse order unless otherwise stated.
Headlamp
1.
Open the hood. See Opening and
Closing the Hood (page 146).

2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
3. Remove the rubber cover.
4. Release the clip and remove the bulb.
Note: Do not touch the bulb glass.
Note: Make sure that the rubber covers
seals correctly against the bulb and
headlamp housing.

Side Lamp and Direction Indicator

Remove the bulb holder by pulling it
straight out.
2. Remove the bulb.

Slide the lens to the rear and remove
it.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector.
