14.4 Programming the cappuccino measures

PROGRAMMING THE CAPPUCCINO DISTRIBUTION KEY

After entering the programming mode, to access the cappuc-
cino dosage programming menu, press and hold for a few
seconds the button (30) of the group on which the cappuccino
button is located. A buzzer will start making a sound that is
different from the normal machine programming signal.
"Before programming the cappuccino dispensing
serving of ground coffee. Don't use coffee grouts
for programming servings."
Plunge the small pipe (18d) into the milk container.

You can now programme the cappuccino push button (C):
1) DISPENSING MILK BEFORE COFFEE
Press the milk distribution key (16) and keep it pressed. When
the quantity of milk in the cup has reached the desired level,
release the key (16): this programs the correct milk dose.
Once the programming of the milk serving has been completed,
press (and keep momentarily pressed) the cappuccino dis-
pensing push button (C) to program the coffee serving. When
the amount of coffee in the cup reaches the required level,
release the push button (C).
2) DISPENSING COFFEE BEFORE MILK
Press (and keep momentarily pressed) the cappuccino dis-
pensing push button (C) to program the coffee serving. When
the amount of coffee in the cup reaches the required level,
release the push button (C).

15. Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning the cappuccino maker (where contemplated)
This operation must be made at the end of each working
day.
1) Fill a container with 1/2 litre of cold water and one dose
of liquid detergent (see product instructions).
2) Remove the suction (18d) tube from the milk container and
immerse it in the solution.
3) Press button (16) and repeat the operation until all the
detergent has been used up.
4) Disassemble the cappuccino maker (18):
Unscrew the knob and remove the cappuccino maker
(18).
Remove the cover.
Unscrew the ring nut of the knob (18b) and remove it.
Unscrew and remove the adjustment screw (18a).
Prepare another dose of detergent and clean each
piece.
Remove any residue with a sponge.
Reassemble the cappuccino maker.
5) Rinse, pumping out at least one litre of cold water.

To exit the cappuccino dosage programming menu, press the
