„ Indicator lamps
Phenomenon
The water supply lamp turns on and
off repeatedly
Front indicator lamps do not light up
The odour sensor lamp blinks
The streamer lamp blinks even
though the streamer unit was cleaned
The dust/PM2.5 sensor lamp remains
orange or red
The water supply lamp remains on
even though water was added

• Even after the water supply lamp has turned on, depending on the FAN
setting, water in the humidifying tray may ripple and move the fl oat causing
the water supply lamp to turn on and off repeatedly.
(This is because the on/off status of the water supply lamp is dependent on
fl oat position.)
¼ Stop operation of the unit and unplug the power supply, then fi ll the
water tank with water.
• Is indicator lamp brightness set to OFF?
¼ If indicator lamp brightness is set to "OFF", the front display lamps do

not light up.
• Is the unit operating in GOOD SLEEP MODE?
¼ If operating in GOOD SLEEP MODE, the indicator lamp brightness is
set to "OFF" or "DIM".
• Is the deodorising fi lter attached?
¼ Attach the deodorising fi lter.
• Did you clean it after unplugging the power supply plug?
¼ Unplug the unit, wait at least 5 seconds, and then reinsert the power
supply plug.
• Is the streamer unit securely attached?
¼ Insert the streamer unit as far as it will go.
• Is there any water, detergent, or cloth fi bres left on the streamer unit
from when it was cleaned?
¼ After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with water so that no detergent or cloth
fi bres remain, then dry completely.
• Is there a buildup of dust in or around the air intake for the dust/PM2.5
sensor?
¼ Vacuum off any dust from the air intake using a cleaner.
• Is the cover detached from the air intake for the dust/PM2.5 sensor?
¼ Securely attach the cover.
• Is the lens for the dust/PM2.5 sensor dirty?
¼ Wipe off dirt from the lens using a dry cotton bud or similar.
• Is the humidifying tray securely attached?
¼ Push it into the unit.

• Is the fl oat inside the humidifying tray stuck?
Is the fl oat inside the humidifying tray properly attached?
¼ Attach the fl oat properly and check that it moves smoothly.
