in-line housing
Important:
The sensor electrodes must always
be positioned exactly across the
medium's fl ow direction in order to
enable accurate measurement.

1. Weld the Varivent
the pipeline.
2. Put the fl owmeter with the welded cover
plate into the housing.
3. Observe correct alignment of the sensor
(electrodes / markings at 90° to the fl ow
direction).
4. Attach the fl owmeter to the housing with
a clamping ring.

1. Weld BioControl
pipeline.
2. Put the fl owmeter with the welded cover
plate into the BioControl
3. Observe correct alignment of the sensor
(electrodes 90° to the fl ow direction).
4. Screw down the fl owmeter to the
housing.
