Mounting the Attachment
:
Mount the carrying ring (1) – see
"Assembling the Machine".

The handle hose (2) remains on the
drive tube.

instruction manual supplied with the
attachment.
Retrofitting Loop Handle
Refer to table for required type of
loop handle.
Suitable loop handles are available as
accessories from STIHL servicing
dealers.

Positioning the handle
:
Push the handle hose (2) up to the
carrying ring (1).
:
Fit the loop handle (3) on the drive
tube about 20 cm (A) forward of the
control handle (4).

Mounting loop handle with barrier bar
Insert the square nuts (5) in the
barrier bar (6) and line up the holes.
