when the EmbracePlus is fitted snugly, around 1 inch from the
wrist bone, without any obstructions (for example a sleeve or item
of jewelry). The Wearing time counter pauses every time the
EmbracePlus is loose on the wrist, wrongly placed, obstructed, or
removed. On those occasions, the Care App will send you a 'Device
not worn' notification, advising you to adjust the fit.
Remember that the Wearing time counter will reset every day at
midnight.
11. What should I do if I have been logged out of the Care App?
If a new log-in to the Care App is necessary, just tap on 'Login with
QR code' and frame the QR code provided by the administrator
with the camera of the companion device. Alternatively, you can
manually insert the Participant ID and Password that were given to
you.
Once logged in, the Care App will automatically look for your
EmbracePlus and reconnect to it.
Remember: The Care App logs you out automatically after 30 days
of inactivity. Make sure to check that the app is open and working
