Notifications disabled: Notifications are disabled in the companion
device's settings. Please enable them so that the Care App can send you
important notifications.
App Update available*
- Update is available: A new version of the Care App is available.
Please go to the App store or Play Store and update it.
- Outdated version: The Care App installed on the companion device
is an old version and must be updated. Please go to the App store
or Play Store and update it.
- Stopped working: The Care App installed on the companion device
is no longer supported. Please go to the App store or Play Store
and update it to be able to use it again. If you are using a
provisioned smartphone please contact your administrator.
*If you have a provisioned smartphone, updates to the Care App are
automatically pushed, if any.
