Manual Reboot
In case there is a firmware error detected by the EmbracePlus, an
exclamation point (!) symbol will appear on the display, indicating that a
manual reboot is required.
a. The firmware error may happen while the EmbracePlus is
recording data, shown by the light display background.
b. The firmware error may also happen while the EmbracePlus is not
recording data, shown by the dark display background.
Press the OK (upper) button and the EmbracePlus will reboot,
confirmed by the 'HI' message. This should resolve the issue.
EmbracePlus will also automatically perform a reboot if in case the
manual reboot is not confirmed within 10 minutes of pressing the OK
button.
If the firmware error persists even after the reboot, please contact the
administrator for further assistance.
