1. How often do I need to interact with the Care App?
You only need to make sure that the Care App is running in the
background and that its status is saying 'Care is working correctly' .
The number of times you need to check the Care App depends on
the instructions of the administrator. If something is not working
properly, you'll receive a notification on your companion device,
and you will also be notified on the Care App's main screen. You can
open the app to verify the status at any time.
2. Why does the Care App need to run in the background on my
companion device?
The Care App needs to run in the background to continuously
receive the physiological parameters collected from the
EmbracePlus, and upload them to the Empatica Cloud.
If the Care App doesn't run in the background, the EmbracePlus
will disconnect and the Empatica heart will disappear from the
EmbracePlus display.
3. I closed the Care App accidentally - does that mean data have
been lost?
