CONNECTION STATUS
● Bluetooth disabled
Notifies you when Bluetooth has been switched off on your companion
device. Bluetooth has to be switched on in order for the Care App to
connect to EmbracePlus.
● No internet connection
Notifies you when the internet connection of your companion device is
lost. The Care App requires an active internet connection to transmit
collected data to the cloud.

EMBRACEPLUS NOT WORN
Notifies you when the EmbracePlus does not appear to be on-wrist.
Wear your EmbracePlus to resume data collection. If you see this
notification while you are wearing EmbracePlus, adjust its fit to ensure
the sensors are in contact with the skin.
CARE HAS BEEN CLOSED
Notifies you when the Care App has been closed. The Care App needs to
be constantly running in the background of your companion device to
maintain a real-time sync with EmbracePlus. Relaunch the Care App to
continue data sync.
