INTERNET
Connected: The companion device is connected to the cloud and
transmitting data.
No connection: The companion device is not connected to the internet.
Connect to WiFi or a cellular data network to re-establish a connection
and continue the data upload.
Connection issues:
Connection issues may present themselves if:
- The companion device is connected to a WiFi network which has
no access to the internet (e.g. printer WiFi, airport WiFi). Go to the
WiFi settings to identify the issue, or alternatively, switch to
another WiFi or cellular network.
- Empatica servers are not reachable. Please wait for the service to
resume, this should only last a few minutes.
6hr+ no connection: The companion device has not connected to the
internet for more than 6 hours. Please ensure you connect to the
internet as soon as possible to keep the data collection going.
