Active: The Care App is receiving data from the EmbracePlus via
Bluetooth. Keep your EmbracePlus and companion device charged and
within Bluetooth range (10 meters/30 feet) to continue receiving data.
Make sure that the companion device has an internet connection so that
the Care App can automatically upload the received data.
Bluetooth off: Please ensure that the Bluetooth is turned ON from the
Settings of the companion device to connect your EmbracePlus.
Alternatively, you can tap 'Enable Bluetooth' on Android devices to turn
the Bluetooth on. On iOS devices, tapping on 'Enable Bluetooth' will lead
you to the Bluetooth settings so you can activate it.
Bluetooth disabled: Please ensure that the Bluetooth is enabled from
the settings of the companion device.
Location disabled: On Android devices, location services are required to
be enabled in order for Bluetooth to work. Please ensure that you give
the Care App permission to use the location from the companion
device's settings. You can also tap on 'Enable location services' to give
permission. Empatica does not track or store your location information.
