The EmbracePlus keeps recording data in its internal memory even
while disconnected from the companion device, so nothing should
be lost during this time, unless the disconnection lasts for longer
than a day. Bear in mind that no data will be uploaded until the
Care App is relaunched and the companion device connects to the
Internet.
4. How do I install the Care App?
If using a provisioned device, the Care app may already be
installed, contact your administrator for further instructions.
Otherwise visit empatica.com/start-care or open the store on your
smartphone (Apple Store if iOS, Google Play if Android) and search
for 'Empatica Care' . Tap on 'Get it' or 'Download' to start the
download process
5. Why can't I download the Care App?
