Operating the FluidBox

Many sprayer functions are controlled by pressing the relevant buttons on the FluidBox, if installed.
• Red label: STOP - this will shut down any ongoing function.
• Yellow labels: Spraying ON / OFF, spray pressure up / down or
automatic / manual filling of the main tank from an external tank.
• White labels: Agitation speed in the main tank.
• Blue labels: Suction from rinsing tank, main tank or external tank.
• Green labels: Liquid transferred to main tank, rinsing nozzles, spray
boom or external tank.
Stand on the left side of the sprayer and open the side shield.
On the picture the operator has selected filling of the main tank via
suction from an external water tank.
Pressing the desired function on the FluidBox will automatically set the
suction valve (blue labels) as well as the pressure valve (green labels).

Safety Precautions - Crop Protection Chemicals

Always be careful when working with crop protection chemicals!

WARNING! Always wear proper protective clothing before handling chemicals!
Personal protection
Depending on chemical type, protective gear/equipment should be worn to avoid contact with the chemicals, such as:
• Gloves
• Waterproof boots
• Headgear
• Respirator
• Safety goggles
• Coverall with chemical resistance

WARNING! Protective clothing/equipment should be used, when preparing the spray liquid, during the spray job and
when cleaning the sprayer. Follow the chemical manufacturer's instructions given on the chemical label and/or local
legislation.

WARNING! It is always advisable to have clean water available, especially when filling the sprayer with chemicals.
±
WARNING! Always clean the sprayer carefully and immediately after use.
±
WARNING! Only mix chemicals in the tank according to directions given by the chemical manufacturer.

WARNING! Always clean the sprayer before changing to another chemical.
