(15) Set gray scale pattern
This command allows setting of the density of gray scale.

Select the density of (P7, P6, P5, P4): gray scale bit (1,0).
Select the density of (P3, P2, P1, P0): gray scale bit (0, 1).
For the gray scale pattern, one state can be selected from 14 states of gray level. Register value with set
register, density of gray scale, and setting range are shown below.
Density of
gray level
Level 1 (light)

Level 14 (dark)
Note: Set so that the density of gray scale bits (1, 0) and (0, 1) will not be reversed.
Note: After resetting by the
scale bit (0, 1): (0, 0, 1, 0).
(16) Select FRM Pallet
This command is used to switch FRM pattern group (pallet).
