INSTALLING OR REPLACING CHARCOAL FILTER
IMPORTANT: BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO FIT OR REMOVE THE CHARCOAL FILTERS, YOU
MUST ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE DISCONNECTED THE RANGEHOOD FROM YOUR
MAINS SUPPLY.

1. Press the filter lock and remove the mesh filter.
2. Rotate the Charcoal Filter on both sides of the motor anti-clockwise. Replace the
Charcoal Filters with the new Charcoal Filters. To remove existing Charcoal Filters twist
filters in anticlockwise direction until they unlatch from the sides of the motor.
3. Refit the mesh filters.
4. The charcoal filters should be replaced every three to six months or if they show signs
of damage.
NOTE:
Ensure the filter is securely locked to reduce fall risks.
When activated Charcoal Filter attached, the suction power of the rangehood will be
reduced slightly.
