JUICING TIPS
• Choose fresh fruit and vegetables such as pear, grape, melon (watermelon, cantaloupe), celery sticks,
beetroot, carrot, etc. They contain more juice.
• You need to peel off the thick skin of pineapple, cantaloupe and raw beetroot.
• The seeds of citrus fruit will make juice taste bitter and it is recommended to eliminate them
• The amount and taste of apple juice depends on the type and freshness of apples
• Freshly squeezed apple juice quickly turns brown, which is a normal oxidation phenomenon. Add a few
drops of lemon juice to slow the oxidation process
