PROAIM KITE-22 STARTER PACKAGE

Return delivery costs are responsibility of buyer. We will cover the complete cost of sending
replacement parts during our 6 month warranty period.

All non-defective returns must be in new, re-sellable condition with all original unmarked
packaging, accessories, manuals and unmarked warranty cards. Items showing signs of
misuse or abuse will not be accepted for credit.

Upon expiration of our standard warranty, replacement parts will be provided to the
customer at nominal cost. Actual shipping costs will apply however.

REFUND POLICY


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will cheerfully issue a refund
of the product cost upon return minus the shipping charges.


To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within our thirty (30) day
warranty period from date of sale. Please include your order number (sent to you via email)
and optionally tell us why you're requesting a refund.

In case of non-delivery of the product due to some transportation or communication
problem, you might not be able to receive a delivery e-mail from us.

Should this happen, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery
must be submitted to our customer service department in writing within 14 days from
placing the order. Should customer contact with us not be forth coming, we will consider
the product to be received.
