Configuring the EC-Net Station's RadiusService

To configure the Radius Service in EC-Net, refer to the EC- gfx Program Getting Started User Guide:
Getting Started on EC-Net for ECB & ECY Series Controllers.
A RADIUS server uses a challenge/response mechanism to authenticate a user's logon credentials
(username and password). When one or more ECY Series controllers subscribe to a RADIUS server,
this RADIUS server provides centralized user management to control which users have access to any
of these ECY Series controllers.
