LS 4 floating point data table 3:1001

The LS 4 floating point data table is located in the so called Input register address block,
which is sometimes also identified with offset 3:0000.
Modbus Function Code 04 Read input registers.
The floating point values are encoded in industry standard single-precision (32-bit) IEEE
754 format. The 32-bit floating point values are transmitted as pairs of two consecutive
16-bit registers in little-endian word order.
