Install the Selector Valve
15. Attach middle elbow of plumbing assembly to selector valve as shown.
16. Attach x1) 159119 - STUD ASSY-BRACKET ADJ to each mounting bracket as indicated using x2) NS04-005
- SERRATED FLANGED LOCKNUT1/4-20 on each bracket. DO NOT TIGHTEN.
Install the Plumbing Lines
17. To start converting the fryer, remove both side panels as well as the ATO and condensate boxes.
NOTE: Additional components may need to be disconnected and later reconnected to allow access to
components mentioned in this instruction.
18. Unplug the drain pan switch to allow more working space. The oil manifold, as well as the associated
flex line will need to be removed. To do this, disconnect the pump to manifold plumbing and remove
the 2 screws connecting the bracket to the frame. NOTE: All the flex line will need to be disconnected
at the opposite end of the manifold. For the line between the manifold and the port at the front of the
pot, the check valve will also need to be removed.
