Before cleaning or attempting any type of maintenance, always make sure that the electricity
supply is disconnected.

General cleaning

Wipe the external surfaces of the appliance regularly using warm water and a mild detergent. NEVER use
abrasive cleaners.
The grease filters
The grease filters should be cleaned every three
months or sooner depending on the type of cooking
being performed.
The grease is of a metallic material and should
be washed regularly using a neutral detergent.
