installations and service of this equipment be performed by qualified individuals who are certified inspectors by the
American Association of Automatic Door Manufacturers.

STEP 1: HEADER / OPERATOR / ARM INSTALLATION

Install the header back-plate as shown.
Install drive module and door arm
according to the application.
