Cleaning the pump filter

CARING FOR YOUR WASHER
Turn the power off and unplug the washer.
Use a coin to open the filter cover. Place the
edge of the coin into the slot and tilt upwards
whilst levering the cover open.
Unhook the pump outlet hose and pull it out
(about 150mm). Remove the plug and allow
any water (approximately 250ml) to drain
into a shallow dish.
After the draining process is complete,
replace the plug into the hose and refit the
hose back into the housing.
Remove the filter by turning anti-clockwise.
Clean and rinse under a tap. Check the pump
filter cavity for any further obstruction.
Replace the filter by turning clockwise until
the turning handle stops in the vertical
position, and cannot be turned further.
