From drop down menu click
on the Edit menu funtion.
Press "Select all"
Select "Copy table"
Controlled document:
Issue Date:
Open blank excel document
and click on the page. Right
click to paste the copied
table.
Fields are:
date, time, motor (volts)
output, cabin pressure (Pa),
cabin
pressure preset (Pa), cabin
low pressure alarm (Pa).

EXCEL DATA INSTRUCTIONS - UNFORMATTED
Open an Excel sheet and select the first cell A-1. Press and hold down
the CTRL button on your keyboard and then press the letter V on the
keyboard.
This will paste the copied data onto that Excel sheet. Once that data
has been pasted onto the Excel sheet, on the pull-down menu click on
'DATA' followed by 'Text to Columns'. On the newly opened window
select 'Delimited' and then click on Next.
In the next window only select the 'Comma' button and then click
'Finish'. The Excel fields will update such that each piece of data is
placed in the correct columns.
The data is now ready for archiving.

BU No: xxxxxx (the device number unique to each unit
and used for identification - format = 000000)
Time [09:25]
Date [25/07/12]
Pressure 32.8 (Pascals) as an example.
Alarm type :
