To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Turn off the gas supply tap.

Pull off the knob (A).
2)
Remove the knob unit (B).
3)
Undo the screws (C) and remove the control
4)
panel (D).
Undo the screws (E) and extract the cap (F).
5)
Pull off the cone (G).
6)
Clean the cone (G) and its seat.
7)
Coat the cone with grease (G), fi t it in its seat
8)
and turn it a few times.
Pull off the cone (G) to remove the excess
9)
grease.
Replace the cone (G), the cap (F), the control

panel (D) and the knobs (A-B).

INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF PART

Before carrying out any replacement proce-
dure, activate all the safety devices provided
and decide whether staff at work and those
in the vicinity should be informed. In par-
ticular, turn off the gas supply tap, cut off the
electricity supply using the master switch
and prevent access to all devices that might
cause unexpected health and safety hazards
if turned on. Also make sure that during the
maintenance procedure, that the operator

Undo the screw (B).

Unscrew the nozzle (C) and replace it with

the one suitable for the type of gas in use (see
table at back of manual).
Tighten the screw (B).

Close the hatch (A) when the operation is
