Clean control and add mineral cleaner to mineral bed. Increase
frequency of regeneration
Remove piston and clean control valve
Assure that well system has proper air eliminator control. Check
for dry well condition
Check for proper drain rate
Check backwash, brine draw, and brine tank fill.
Increase frequency of regeneration. Increase backwash time.
Clean flow control
Clean injector and screen
Replace controller
Replace brine valve seat and clean valve
Clean brine line flow control
Clean drain line flow control
Clean injector
Clean screen
Increase line pressure to 20psi
Change seals, spacers, and piston assembly
Check drive motor and switches
Determine if switch or controller is faulty and replace it, or
replace complete power head
Replace distributor screen
Replace resin
Replace all media and distributor screens
