Preparations
Before replacing an ES3000, check that:

Procedure
Step 1 Wear electrostatic discharge (ESD) gloves.
Step 2 Use a screwdriver to unscrew the ES3000. See step (1) in
Step 3 Remove the ES3000 upwards from the server. See step (2) in
Figure 5-3 Removing the ES3000 from a server
Step 4 Place the removed ES3000 in an ESD bag.
Step 5 Install a new ES3000 in the server. For details, see
Server.
