ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION
Numbered references in parenthesis (#1) refer to the included Parts List.
All instructions assume the stand front is facing you with the slot on the
right side. The unit is partially assembled.
1. Mount the arm assembly (#24) to the base (#30) with two screws (#23).
Insert the rear screw the base' s underside and the front screw from the
base' s top. Secure each with a nut (#25) (Fig. 1).
2. Mount the handle (#15) to the arm (#49) by sliding it into the notch and
secure it with an M8 nut (#13) (Fig. 1).
3. Screw the upper adjust screw (#17) (Fig. 3-1) into the arm' s upper hole
and the lower adjust screw (#50) (Fig. 3-2) into the holes in the arm
(#49) from the right side to the left.
a. You may need to place the plastic caps onto the adjust screws.
Gently tap the screws into the caps before installing.
4. Push the angle grinder clamp' s tabs (#53) onto the raised rim of the
arm' s slot. Insert an M8x18 screw (#48) through the slot and into the
clamp (Fig. 2). Repeat with the other clamp.
5. Mount the angle grinder between the two clamps with the grinding
disc on the outside.
a. Align the holes in the angle grinder head with the bolt holes at
the end of the clamp arms.
b. Screw a bolt through the opening and into the grinder head until
tight.
c. Repeat with the other clamp.
d. Tighten the bolts holding the clamps to the arm to prevent the
grinder from moving.
