Thanks to this options, there are quite a few points that we would like our customers to understand before actually using the sealer.

    LOS-NT/NTW series Operating Instructions Ver.6.02E If the circuit breaker automatically turns to the OFF Warning position Trying to use the sealer when the circuit breaker automatically turns to the OFF position may cause electrocution. Do not operate the machine until the cause of the shut down is ascertained and the problem has been addressed.

    Before using the machine, clean the sealing area. Other safeguards LOS-NT/NTW series are impulse sealer Van der Stahl Scientific sealers utilize an impulse heating system, meaning that the heater section does not become hot simply because the power has been turned on.
  • Page 12: About The I-Type Heating Element

    LOS-NT/NTW series Operating Instructions Ver.6.02E The LOS-NT/NTW series is installed with the I-type heating element, which is made of material whose thermal expansion is minimal. Because the I-type heating element expands less during heating compared to conventional heating elements, they are less likely to break, such as in the middle of the heating element. The I-type heating element may gradually turn black in color after repeated heating, but this will not have an effect on its use.

    LOS-NT/NTW series Operating Instructions Ver.6.02E Outline of structure LOS-NT/NTW series is installed with a nozzle, which moves back and forth, as well as the sponge rubbers at the upper and lower seal jaws to clamp the nozzle. After vacuuming, the nozzle in the front position moves backward and the sealing operation starts at the same time.

    LOS-NT/NTW series Operating Instructions Ver.6.02E Adjusting the sealing angle Turn the adjuster knob on the right side of the machine while supporting the sealer head with your hand. The head will move to the vertical direction by turning it clockwise, while turning counterclockwise will move to the horizontal direction.

To prevent the air from the counter current during the vacuuming operation, the ball cock is installed to the gas piping.     LOS-NT/NTW series Operating Instructions Ver.6.02E How to shift fluoro glass sheet [Essential tools] Scissors [Replace when] Fluoro glass sheet breaks, burns, or when the seal becomes messy, etc. When fluoro glass sheet is damaged, pull it forward to cover the heating element with new (non damaged) part. If the fluoro glass sheet has adhered to the heating element, peel off it carefully.
