Probable cause
No power
Power switch not in
correct position
Power cord not
plugged in all the
way, or defective
Power cord for
AC/DC adapter loose
Blown fuse
Damaged cable
BIOS settings reset
Power cord for
AC/DC adapter loose
Power cord for
AC/DC adapter
damaged
Corrective Action
Verify that AC outlet
is functioning.
Ensure power switch
is in ON position.
Check to make sure
that power cord is
plugged in securely to
the device socket. If
the device still does
not turn on, try
another power cord.
Verify that power cord
under the bottom
shelf is securely
plugged in at
transformer and at
AC/DC adapter.
Verify DC plug is
securely attached to
Panel PC.
Check the fuse in the
Isolation Transformer.
Perform an end-to-
end continuity check
on the cables from
the AC outlets via the
Isolation Transformer
to the Panel PC DC
inlet cord. Voltage
should be 19 VDC.
The RTC battery may
need to be replaced.
Verify that power cord
in cart column is
securely plugged in at
Transformer and at
AC/DC adapter.
Verify DC plug is
securely attached to
DSP Box.
Check power cord of
AC/DC adapter.
