40 - Troubleshooting
Cause
Communication problems between the
HMI circuit board and main circuit
board.
HMI circuit board memory problem.
Keypad problem.
Display problem.
The parameter for the type of product
is different in the HMI circuit board and
main circuit board.
Settings for wireless connectivity have
been restored due to an error.
Weak GPRS signal for Automower
connect module.
Maximum number of SMS reached.
Maximum 10 SMS per month can be
sent to the product.
No funds left on the SIM card.
New communication circuit board or
faulty communication circuit board.
Action
Restart the product by switching off the
ON/OFF button, wait 10 seconds and
then switch on the ON/OFF button.
Make sure the cable between the HMI
circuit board and main circuit board is
connected properly. Check also that
the cable is not damaged, pinched, or
that the connector is not damaged.
Replace the HMI circuit board. Refer

Replace the main circuit board. Refer

Replace the HMI circuit board.
Make sure the cable between the HMI
circuit board and the keypad is properly
connected.
Replace the keypad. Refer to

Replace the HMI circuit board.
The parameter can only be entered at
the initial programming of the main cir-
cuit board. It may not be changed after-
wards. Replace the main circuit board
and ensure that the correct product
model is selected.
A used HMI circuit board can only be
used if it has previously been installed
to the same type of product. You can
not use an HMI circuit board from an
other model.
Check and revise settings if necessary.
