ASSEMBLY

ASSEMBLY/PRE-OPERATION
This manual gives instructions on the correct assembly and safe use of your machine. It is important that you
read these instructions carefully. If necessary, obtain assistance to remove from packaging, take care when
carrying the mower to the lawn, as the blades are sharp.
REMOVE LAWN MOWER FROM CARTON
Roll the lawn mower out of the carton and check thoroughly for additional loose parts. Please ensure that you
have all the below necessary parts, before commencing with the assembly. In the unlikely event that you are
missing a component, please do contact us for assistance.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
NOTE: This product is a 4-stroke engine powered machine.
The engine MUST be filled with recommended 4-stroke SAE30 or 10W/30 air cooled lawnmower engine oil
BEFORE starting. Fresh unleaded petrol must be used in this unit. DO NOT use Ethanol based fuels. DO NOT
mix oil with fuel. ALWAYS REFER TO THE ENGINE MANUAL FOR FULL INSTRUCTIONS.
WARNING
Prior to any assembly, disconnect the spark plug cap from the spark plug and ground it against the engine by
attaching the boot to a bolt or metal clip to
DO NOT attempt to start this machine without it first being FULLY assembled.
DO NOT attempt to start this mower without first adding 4-stroke SAE30 or 10W/30 air cooled lawnmower
engine oil to the engine.
HANDLES
1. Attach the lower handle to the cutting deck, using the handle fixings supplied. Repeat on the other side.
2. Attach the upper handle to the lower handle, using the handle fixings supplied. Repeat on the other side.
