AGP Stoves: Position the ashlip with the brackets facing downwards and attach with the screws removed in step 1. - Page 3 AGP Stove or Insert Avalon Door Installation Instructions (SKU 96100794) 3. Grasp the door at a 90° angle and slide the door hinge over the hinge pins on the front of the stove. 4. Remove the washers, cam, and nut from the handle assembly. Page 3 of 4 17601794.docx — 6/19/13 © Travis Industries, Inc.
- Page 4 AGP Stove or Insert Avalon Door Installation Instructions (SKU 96100794) 5. Place the black washer onto the handle first. Insert the handle through the door. Place the remaining seven washers onto the rear of the handle. As the gasketing compresses through use, washers may be removed to allow a more secure door fit. 6. Place the cam onto the rear of the handle. Place the nut on the rear of the handle and tighten. NOTE HOW THE BEVELED PORTION FACES TOWARD THE GLASS. 7. Shut the door and twist the door handle so the door is securely shut. NOTE: You may need to open and close the door repeatedly to compress the door gasket.
