Can't remember the admin password
If the customer cannot remember the password, then you
•
are locked out of the unit; there is NO WAY to recover a
lost password for security reasons.
If the device is connected via ACS, passwords can be
•
changed via ACS parameters.
•
If the password is lost, you can also reset the unit by holding
in the hardware reset button on the back of the unit for ~10
seconds (until the POWER light turns red and starts blinking)
to reset the unit back to factory defaults.
