Recommended Nozzles - Riello DB 4 LSM C13 Installation, Use And Maintenance Instructions

To calibrate the flow rate range within which the nozzle should
operate, it is necessary to adjust the fuel pressure on the nozzle
return line, according to (Tab. G, Tab. H).
 Do not use any sealing products such as gas-
kets, sealing compound, or tape.
 Be careful to avoid damaging the nozzle seal-
WARNING ing seat.
 The nozzle must be screwed into place tightly
but not to the maximum torque value pro-
vided by the wrench.

4.10.1 Recommended nozzles

• Bergonzo type B5 45°
• Fluidics type N4 45°
For intermediate delivery levels, choose the nozzle with delivery
slightly higher than that effectively required.
Complete range of nozzles:
 Bergonzo type B5 60°: 150 - 200 - 225 - 250 - 275 - 300 -
325 - 350 - 375 - 400 - 425. Normally, atomisation angles of
60° are recommended.

- 330 - 360 - 400 - 450. Normally, atomisation angles of 50°
