Digital multi meter: Advantest R6441B or equivalent
Preparations
1. Set the DC LINE switch of the unit to OFF, then open
the R panel assembly to remove the L panel assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-3.)
2. Set only the DC LINE switch of the unit to ON, and
warm up the unit for about ten minutes.
Checking Procedures
Check the output voltage of each power supply line.
