NAME
tcl_dce_set_security_acl
namespace. Specifies the secd bindings directly on the command line. (Do
not change this, unless you fully understand the implications.) It is not safe
to assume that CDS is available to provide the bindings when this function is
run. There are at least two cases that have been identified where CDS
cannot provide the bindings. 1) secd has not yet registered with CDS, even
though it attempts to every sixty seconds, and 2) in the split server server
configuration, the CDS client is not yet configured on the CDS server when
the ACL modifications are performed.
