tcl_dce_verify_consistency - Used to ensure that any exisiting
security replicas are consistent with the security master
tcl_dcelogin - Logs into dce as the cell administrator
tcl_find_name - If the specified name is found in the specified file, this
function sends back TCL_OK. Otherwise it gives NOT FOUND.
tcl_get_ids - Get UNIX ID information from the system
tcl_get_pid - Returns the process identification (pid) of the process specified
in proc_name or 'NOT FOUND' if the process is not running
tcl_get_ugid - Figure out which uids and gids to use for the initial and
subsequent additions into the security registry
tcl_log_msg - Writes the given message to stdout and/or a logfile depending
on the priority of the message type specified as the first parameter
tcl_mod_rcfile - Modifies the file specified by 'filename' so the correct
daemons will be started at boot time
tcl_rmline_file - Removes any line from the file named in 'filename'
which matches the string provided in 'dline'
tcl_settimezone - Establishes a DCE timezone setting by creating a
localtime link if it does not yet exist
tcl_slay_daemon - Executes a system kill on the specified daemon and the
specified process id number
tcl_unmod_rcfile - Modifies the file specified by 'filename' so the
specified daemon will not be started at boot time
