NAME
- Writes the given message to stdout and/or a logfile
tcl_log_msg
depending on the priority of the message type specified as the first
parameter.
SYNOPSIS
tcl_log_msg (msg_type msg passwd)
PARAMETERS
msg_type
The priority or type of the message.
msg
The full text of the message to display.
passwd
A list of words to be substituted. Any occurance of this string will be
replaced with "<not shown>" on output. In this way, no password will ever
be displayed as part of standard output or logfile. Passing NULL as the value
for this parameter will result in no checking being done for any string.
RETURNS
TCL_OK
Successfully output specified message.
err_msg
An error was encountered.
