14 Set up ACLs appropriately, including Initial Container Creation (IC) and Initial
Object Creation (IO) ACLs. See Chapter 3 of the The OSF DCE DFS
Administration Guide, Revision 1.2.2 for details. Note that the default ACLs for
a newly created fileset are equivalent to a UNIX mode of 700; specifically:

Note also that the fts restore command in Step 9 replaces the default ACLs on
directories and files with the corresponding permissions of directories and files
in the UFS root.dfs fileset.
You can set the ACLs using the cdsbrowser. In the browser, select the /.:/fs
object, pull down the Security
the Object, Initial Object, and Initial Container submenu items. The ACL for
each entry may be viewed and modified. If you want to add the any_other entry,
you must first add the mask_obj entry. Entries such as these that do not already
exist should be entered in the Type: field.
15 Optionally use the command fts setquota /: to reset the root.dfs fileset quota.
The default quota is 5 MB. Note, however, that the fts restore command in Step
9 replaces this default with the quota from the root.dfs fileset.
