Turning Grayscale Print off

From the File menu, select Print.

In the Print dialog box, click the Print Grayscale box to remove the check
mark.
Make sure the color settings are correct in the software application
Some application software may contain a dialog box with an option to select black and
white only. Change this setting to enable color printing.
Make sure the BJC-55 is selected as the default printer
Select the Canon BJC-55 as the default printer.
