After you select the printer driver, you do not need to select it again unless
you want to select another printer.

Select the paper size for the document that you are going to print.
In the software application, open the File menu and select Page Setup to
open the Page Setup dialog box. Use this dialog box to select the paper
size.
• If you want to enlarge or reduce the size of the document on the page,
click on the Scale box and enter the percent of enlargement or reduction,
or click the arrows to open the pop-up menu and select a setting.
• If you want to rotate the document and print sideways relative to the
paper feed direction, click the Orientation icon on the right.
Note
The paper size setting is normally selected in the software application, but
you can also use this procedure to change the paper size selection.
