Checking the operation status of USBPRNxx:

Click Start, select Settings, and click Control Panel.

Double-click the System icon.

Select the Device Manager tab.

Double-click Ports (Universal Serial Bus Controller) and double-click Canon
BJC-55.

Click the General tab. Under Device Status, read the information regarding
printer port status. If the message indicates that the device is not
performing normally remove the BJC-55 device, and reinstall the printer
driver.
